  • Our team offers more than eight years of combined experience delivering multi-trade works.

  • All contractors and associates at Douglas Renovation Group are appropriately trained, experienced, certified, and individually insured in line with minimum recommended cover requirements.

  • Examples of our work are shared across our collective and individual social media platforms and under the Projects tab. Content is updated regularly, although availability may vary between platforms.

  • All costs include materials, equipment, and labour required to complete the project. Further details regarding our pricing structure can be discussed during the enquiry stage. We are committed to maintaining transparency throughout the process.

  • Project timelines are agreed during the consultation stage and are determined by project complexity, material availability, and the number of trades required to complete the works.

  • Payment terms vary depending on the works involved. Once a quotation is accepted, we issue a contract confirming the agreed programme of works, followed by an invoice for materials (unless client-supplied) and a secure deposit prior to commencement.

  • All works are carried out in line with current health and safety legislation. Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) can be provided where required.

  • DBS checks can be arranged where required, particularly for occupied properties or sensitive environments.

  • A designated lead contractor oversees works, coordinates trades, and acts as the main point of contact throughout the project.

  • Yes, we can plan works to minimise disruption where properties remain occupied, subject to project requirements.

  • Yes, all quotations are provided in writing and clearly outline the scope of works, costs, and timescales.

  • Any variations are discussed and agreed in writing prior to commencement to ensure cost and programme transparency.

    If there are changes required after the commencement of works, these will be assessed separately and quoted accordingly.

  • Site visits may be required to accurately assess scope and pricing, depending on the nature of the works.
    We always advise a site visit to ensure nothing is missed during the quotation process.

  • Materials can be supplied by us or by the client, depending on project requirements.
