PROJECT
0114
LANDSC-
APING &
DECKING.

This project involved transforming an overgrown, unused garden into a functional outdoor space.

The design included wraparound planting beds connecting two separate decked areas for family use. One deck was constructed at a raised level to maximise views over the surrounding valley.

    1. Extensive site clearance including weed removal and the removal of tree stumps and root systems, prior to ground preparation and excavation.

    2. Removal of existing rotten or defective timber structures.

    3. Minor excavation works to accommodate structural support posts for decking.

    4. Installation of a ground membrane across the relevant areas of the site.

    5. Framing and treatment of decking and planters with layout adjustments made to accommodate existing trees where required.

    6. Completion and finishing of decks and raised planters.

    1. Transformed an overgrown, unused garden into a practical outdoor living space.

    2. Carried out full site clearance, including weeds, roots, and old timber structures.

    3. Constructed raised and standard decking areas for family use.

    4. Built wraparound planter beds to link separate decked zones.

    5. Adapted the layout to work around existing trees.

    6. Raised deck positioned to take advantage of valley views.

    7. Completed to a clean, ready-to-use finish, allowing the client to plant, decorate and enjoy the space.
