DECKING.

We completed a decking project to replace an existing grass lawn and a deteriorated deck. The works included removing the turf and old rotten decking, compacting the ground, installing a weed-control membrane and constructing a new timber subframe and finishing with pressure treated boarding.

    1. Removal of existing grass turf and dismantling of the deteriorated decking structure.

    2. Preparation of the ground, including levelling and compaction to provide a stable base.

    3. Installation of a weed-control membrane across the designated area.

    4. Construction of a new timber subframe to support the decking.

    5. Supply and installation of pressure-treated decking boards to fully cover the area.

    6. Completion of all works to provide a durable, low-maintenance, and accessible outdoor space.
