RENOVATION.

We completed essential finishing works on a partially constructed garden room with the main structure already in place.

The aim was to bring the space to a finished, paint-ready standard, allowing the client to carry out their own decorating.

    1. Installation of floor joists, insulation, and sub-flooring.

    2. Installation of ceiling insulation.

    3. Installation of additional wall battens and ceiling noggins to strengthen the structure and provide suitable fixing points for plasterboard.

    4. Manufacture and installation of bespoke window frames.

    5. Plastering of walls and ceilings, completed to a paint-ready standard.
