A private residential renovation currently in progress.
The client has planned extensive works to the property to be completed on a phased schedule.

Programme Schedule 2025/2026

    1. Removal of existing rotten window frames and replacement with bespoke, made-to-measure frames.

    2. Removal of existing balcony French doors and windows, with replacement bespoke frames installed.

    3. Removal of the existing orangery roof and installation of a new replacement roof system.

    4. Preparation and application of new paint finishes to all window frames and doors.
