FIT OUT.

We were commissioned to assist in the fit out of a new barbershop retail space located in Birmingham’s creative quarter - Digbeth.
The client wanted a range of second fix carpentry through the space including wall boarding and cladding, moulding installation, skirting and shelving.

    1. Install client-supplied chipboard panels to existing wall surfaces, securely fixed to provide a suitable backing.

    2. Measure, cut, and fit client-supplied tongue-and-groove boards onto the chipboard backing, ensuring consistent alignment and finish.

    3. Modify existing door frame to suit new wall finishes, refit existing hardware, and install cladding as required.

    4. Fit moulding and trim to cladded wall edges, corners, and junctions using client-supplied materials.

    5. Mount shelves and decorative fixtures to completed wall surfaces, ensuring secure fixing and correct alignment.

    1. Labour-only works – all materials supplied by the client

    2. Installation of chipboard wall backing to existing walls

    3. Fitting of tongue-and-groove wall cladding for a clean, consistent finish

    4. Modification of existing door frame to suit new wall finishes

    5. Installation of mouldings and trims to complete cladded areas

    6. Mounting of shelves and decorative fixtures securely and accurately

    7. All works carried out with care to achieve a neat, professional finish
